Active and thriving Social ClubYou will need to be confident managing high call volumes both inbound and outbound to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional first call resolution as you will be the first point of contact for both our support workers out on the field as well as our clients.

These roles are permanent full time positions, Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm in our CBD office inTamaki Makaurau, Auckland.

Due to the nature of the business, you will need to be available to work across the end of year holiday period.ResponsibilitiesManage all clients in your allocated business units / regional areaEnsure that the most well trainedand suitable Support Worker is placed with the clientDeliver a high level planned proactive responsiveness to clients and support workersEnsure all communications written and verbal are documented to manage incidentsEnsures new complex clients are adequately assessed and plan followed by Complex Assessment teamEnsures that all relationships are developed and proactively managed with communication being provided every step of the wayEnsure all client and Support Worker records are up to dateManage all facets of client servicesEnsure that all Support Workers are signed off as clinically competent including scheduling of sign offEnsure that all Support Worker planned leave is managed according to Geneva's polices and that the client receives timely communication and continued careProven experiencein a call centre environment roleExperience within a health administration or coordinator role is preferredScheduling / rostering experience advantageousA genuine interest to help othersA well-developedability to multitaskResilience to push throughApplicants and requirementsOnly suitable candidates will be contacted for interview and applications will be reviewed as they are received, therefore resulting in the role closing early if the right applicant is found.For any questions about the position, please contact (emailprotected)Only online applications will be considered.Applicants for this position must be a NZ Citizen / Resident or have a valid NZ work visa, and be able to work through the end of year holiday period.For more information on what we do, please visit job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchDo you have experience preparing work rosters?
