We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of a complex and diverse portfolio across multiple sites.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on balancing competing priorities, managing contractors, and building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
Lead facilities operations in your region, ensuring safety, compliance, and service delivery.
Manage and oversee contractors to achieve cost-effective, quality outcomes.
Deliver planned and reactive maintenance while reducing reliance on reactive work.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Promote a strong health and safety culture in line with relevant legislation.
About you
5+ years' experience in facilities or property management.
Proven ability to manage complex and diverse property portfolios.
Strong contract management experience, with the ability to hold service providers accountable.
Knowledge of the Building Act, Resource Management Act, and Health & Safety legislation.
Skilled communicator with the ability to balance competing priorities.
Tertiary qualification in building, engineering, or property (or equivalent experience).
