About the role
We are looking for a highly organised Administration Assistant to join our team at Opie Contractors Limited in Silverdale, Auckland. This will be a full-time role and to will provide essential administrative support to our business, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support including processing invoicing and document management
- Maintaining comprehensive filing systems and records
- Health & Safety Compliance Documentation
- Answering Phones, General Office and Filing work
- Handling incoming inquiries and directing them to the appropriate parties
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team
- Have the ability to prioritise tasks & work unsupervised.
- Reconciling timesheets on a weekly basis
About You
Previous experience in an administrative or office support roleStrong organisational and time management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and Xero AccountingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support wherever neededExceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every task.About us
