  • ddition to the above you will :
  • Greet visitors and answer calls warmly, directing enquiries efficiently and assisting staff across the business.
  • Provide accounts admin support, including invoice processing, accounts payable / receivable, timesheet checks, and payroll assistance.
  • Manage travel bookings, catering, office supplies, and IT devices for the regional team.
  • Complete ad-hoc admin tasks, maintain tidy and welcoming communal spaces, and ensure our frontline runs seamlessly.

  • We're looking for someone with :
  • Previous experience in reception, accounts administration, and customer service.
  • Accurate data entry skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly (JDE experience a bonus).
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Reliable, hard-working, and a positive team player with a "can do" attitude.
