Our integration services team is hiring a junior IT support analyst to provide guidance and technical support.

Role & Responsibilities

• Virtualization Platforms : Familiarity with tools like Nutanix, VMware or Hyper-V is helpful, but you can learn on the job
• Systems Administration : Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux is mandatory
• Networking Basics : Understanding concepts like TCP / IP and firewalls is a good to have skills
• Monitoring and Maintenance : You'll learn how to monitor cloud systems (like AWS and Azure) and perform maintenance tasks as you gain experience
• Service Level Maintenance : Good to have knowledge in performing regular maintenance tasks to meet service level objectives
• Documentation : Keeping records and following guidelines is important, and you’ll learn the best practices as you go
• Ticketing Systems : Proficiency in using ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Jira is important for managing support queries and ensuring timely resolution of issues
