Senior Systems Analyst - Epic (Ngemr)

The Potential Candidate will join as a Systems Analyst in delivering enhancements.

To lead the requirement gathering, design, development, testing, end user training and implementation.

Monitor project progress and proactively manage project challenges.

The Systems Analyst will : Be involved in programming or configuration are development scope of workAssists with modifying, enhancing or adapting existing or proposed systems within an organisation with the purpose of improving business efficiency and productivityExamines and documents technical requirements for new solutions to be created, analyses user needs and participates in the integration of new features or improvementsBe involved in systems development process, contributes to defining technical product specifications and configures and tests products and solutionsDevelops documentation and guides for the use of systemsHave a thirst for knowledge and is eager to learn and solve problems within the area of systems analysisBe an active team player who forms relationships and communicates with others effectively to support the delivery of optimal solutions as a teamRole & ResponsibilitiesIdentify Business NeedsSupport in the liaison with business stakeholders to identify business needsSupport the in-depth analysis of the business requirements specifications and feasibility studies on possible solutionsProvide analysis to support the development of business casesConduct analysis on the risk vs. benefits for the proposed solutionsAnalyse Business ProcessesAssist with the analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunitiesSupport the development of alternative solutions to streamline processesAssist with the evaluation of viability and feasibility of possible improvements to processesSupport the development of reports and strategic analysis of business processesTranslate business requirements into technical specificationAssist with translating business requirements into functional specificationsCollaborate with developers to ensure requirements are incorporated into system designFunction as the liaison between users and technical staff throughout the solution implementation cycleFacilitate change managementCreate first drafts for technical documentationConduct research to support development of training materialsCoordinate the schedule for communication and training plans for stakeholdersAct as the first point of contact for users to resolve simple queriesManage ProjectsSupport in the project deliveryMonitor progress against scheduleRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalentStrong analytical skills, self-motivated and ability to work independentlyProject lead for small to mid-scale projects is added advantageAbility to communicate effectively and collaborate with teams from other departments, hospital departments and / or vendorsWillingness to learn andPositive attitude & mindsetTeam-player and takesinitiativeExperience in healthcare industry is an added advantageApply NowNOTE : It only takes a few minutes to apply for a meaningful career in HealthTech - GO FOR IT!!
