Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to analyze large datasets, extract valuable insights, and develop predictive models to drive informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
This role requires the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities :
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
Develop predictive models and algorithms to forecast future trends and outcomes.
Design and implement machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
Extract, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to prepare it for analysis.
Apply statistical techniques and hypothesis testing to validate findings and ensure data quality.
Interpret and communicate analytical results and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends in data science and machine learning.
Continuously improve data science processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
1 to 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related roles.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau.
Familiarity with SQL and database systems for data querying and manipulation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications :
Master's or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field.
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
Certification in data science or machine learning.
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and libraries.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
