Senior Data Scientist

We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our Buyer Journey team : a high-impact, cross-functional team accelerating Tracksuit’s commercial growth.

As a data scientist, you’ll build the customer experiences, systems, and tools that make it easier to explore, buy, set up, and manage Tracksuit. You’ll drive outcomes for both Tracksuit’s external users (prospects, customers, and partners) and internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships).

This is a perfect role for a data scientist that loves driving commercial outcomes, fast-paced product development, and building robust AI systems. It will sit at the intersection of product, operations, GTM teams, and the customer experience. You’ll prototype automation, develop our LLM infrastructure for scale, and shape a culture of data-driven experimentation.

You’ll also be part of our growing Data team. We currently have seven Data Engineers and five Data Scientists leading the company-critical work of building and monetising Tracksuit’s data assets.

What you'll do :

Develop AI-driven customer and commercial experiences

• Translate commercial and customer goals into high-quality features, with PMs, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Prototype and productionise AI-powered systems to enhance Tracksuit's buying flows, personalized demos, and subscription management tools.
• Design and implement generative AI solutions, including advanced prompt engineering, scalable LLM infrastructure, and robust monitoring for reliability.

Champion best practices in AI and data science
