We're looking for an

Senior Data Scientist

to amplify the value of our data and help us become the common language to measure, understand and communicate the value of brand building.

As our

Senior Data Scientist

, you'll be a critical part of our survey team, working with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and survey experts to scale our survey operation while maintaining world-class data quality.

You'll have high-level business goals and outcomes, but it's up to you to define the problems and solutions.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for a "Full Stack" Data Scientist that :

Has

4+ years

experience as a Data Scientist.

Strong data science capabilities :

Deep understanding of statistics, including both frequentist and Bayesian approaches.

Experience with measuring and improving data quality, especially in surveying.

Strong fluency in SQL, Python and R.

(Nice to have)

Experience with operational research, experimentation or classical machine learning.

Heavily product and commercial oriented :

Entrepreneurial.

Focused on impact on business results and thrives when navigating new domains.

Able to think creatively, both statistically and commercially, to solve business problems.

Drives momentum, makes trade-offs between statistics and the business, prioritises work independently.

Able to communicate impact to customers and partner teams.

Is kind :

This is such a collaborative role that we want a great, kind human.

As our Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for scaling our survey operations : the heart of the Tracksuit product.

This may involve :

Designing how we sample and integrate with new survey panels.

Running and analysing experiments to improve survey engagement.

Building our survey data quality monitoring system.

Exploring alternative data sources to complement our survey metrics.

Working closely with product managers, designers and developers to guide the implementation of all of the above.

Applying diverse data science skillsets such as survey analytics, statistics, machine learning and generative AI to our proprietary data to solve business problems.
