About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and results-driven individual to join our team.
You'll be responsible for managing your own Autosmart mobile showroom truck — a fully equipped mobile showroom that delivers our premium cleaning and workshop solutions directly to customers across the Waikato.
You'll visit customers on a planned schedule, ensuring consistent service and reliable supply.
As the primary point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing
Spending most of your day on the road, visiting new and existing customers in your territory.
Replenishing stock as needed to ensure customers always have the products they require.
Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions.
Pursuing new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth delivery and follow-ups.
Handling inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintaining detailed records of sales, interactions, and customer insights.
What We're Looking For
Someone who is confident working independently and taking ownership of the Waikato region.
Highly organised with strong time management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to prioritise daily tasks effectively.
Experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the automotive industry).
But not all essential.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
A self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude—someone who thrives in a hands-on role.
Comfortable using CRM systems and business software.
Ability to operate machinery (Forklift license required or willingness to obtain).
HR-class NZ driver's license and Dangerous Goods (DG) endorsement (or willingness to obtain).
