Now, we're searching for an Inside Sales Representative to help drive growth by connecting with customers, building relationships, and closing deals over phone and video.About the RoleBased at our Futura / Aztech HQ in Cambridge / Hamilton, you'll be at the centre of our sales engine.

This role is a mix of outbound telesales, inbound lead follow-up, and customer relationship management.

You'll support our regional sales managers by handling proposals, admin, freeing them up to focus on delivering major projects.

It's fast-paced, target-driven, and critical to how we scale.What You'll DoSell sheds & Futura products via phone and video callFollow up and qualify leads, present proposals, and manage objectionsBuild strong customer relationships and keep deals moving forwardMaintain accurate CRM records (Hubspot)Support regional sales managers with trip plans, proposals, and handoversContribute to telesales campaigns and general office supportAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is : A proven salesperson, ideally with dairy / farming or building industry experienceCustomer-focused, with excellent communication skillsOrganised, accurate, and detail-orientedConfident with PC systems and happy working in a structured sales processA team player with the drive to hit and exceed targetsFormal qualifications aren't required — what matters is your ability to sell and your hunger to succeed.Why Join Us?
