Product Manager

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and talented Intermediate Product Manager to join our dynamic team and help deliver innovative digital experiences to our customers. This is a full time, hybrid role where you will work closely with software engineers, quality assurance engineers, UX designers, editorial, customer engagement, commercial, marketing and data teams on the delivery of our digital products.

About You

• Demonstrate proven success in a digital environment with minimum 3 years’ experience in product management.
• Specific experience with a B2C product
• Experience working in an agile framework or business.
• Capability to work with OKRs and apply prioritisation frameworks and techniques.
• Organisation, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders.
• Have a test and learn mindset and experience with an AB testing tool would be desirable.
• Understanding of editorial workflows and experience with content management systems (CMS) or subscriptions products is preferred.
