Job descriptionSolid knowledge of End User Computing (Windows / macOS, VDI) Hands-on experience with MDM tools (Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE) Microsoft 365 expertise (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive) Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) Understanding of endpoint security, IAM, and basic networking Exposure to monitoring / logging tools (Defender, SCCM, Splunk) (Bonus) Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement Experience in large enterprise environments preferred Full-time, permanent role based in Auckland Competitive salary & flexible working Ownership of end user technology strategy Modern, collaborative environment Career growth and strong leadership support Bachelor Degree

The Role
As Product Owner, you’ll lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of workplace technologies across the business. This hands-on role partners with IT, InfoSec, and Service Delivery to ensure secure, user-friendly platforms that drive productivity.
