We are seeking a Product Manager to play a vital role in our business, contributing significantly to our Laundry line of business.

Your responsibilities will include :

Developing product strategies, roadmaps, and positioning, clearly communicating customer value propositions and competitive advantages.

Defining and scoping projects with Product Development and customers to deliver innovative products and services that maximize category profitability in line with our strategic goals.

Engaging with customers, conducting Voice of Customer research, and building relationships to inform product development and marketing materials.

Owning the product requirements and roadmap, ensuring viability, feasibility, and desirability.

Providing commercial insights based on data, industry trends, and customer needs to develop compelling customer propositions.

Managing project financials, including ROI, pricing strategies, and P&L delivery within budget.

Preparing and communicating business cases to SLT and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have :

Over 5 years of Product Management experience with technology products, preferably involving manufactured goods.

Experience as a senior engineer, product designer, data analyst / scientist, or user researcher across sectors with high-volume manufacturing is desirable.

A bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering Design, with strong ability to communicate technical information effectively.

Expertise in product discovery and delivery techniques, balancing technical trade-offs.

Experience with Voice of Customer methods, requirements development, and pricing strategies.

Exceptional storytelling and influencing skills to articulate strategy and collaborate across teams.

Financial literacy to support business case development, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.
