Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Property Procurement Specialist who will support the growth and sustainment of LinkPeople’s residential property portfolio. In this role, you will build strong relationships with landlords, developers, government agencies and other key partners to secure affordable, healthy homes that are fit-for-purpose. You will lead property onboarding, negotiate leases, and create long-term housing solutions that support individuals and whānau to thrive.
