Harikoa Service, located in Aidenfield, is home to four vibrant young women : Kelly, Rachel, Tracy, and Shelly. They are passionate about activities such as arts and crafts, cooking, swimming, singing, dancing, and shopping at malls or markets!
We’re looking for someone experienced, enthusiastic, and creative to support two young women in pursuing their diverse interests and passions. This role involves engaging in activities such as swimming and exercise, while providing both practical support and genuine companionship.
You’ll be energetic, empathetic, and able to work alongside the people you support to help create a life full of rich and varied experiences. You’ll need to be confident in reading situations, solving problems, setting boundaries, and knowing when to offer space.
Daily tasks include supporting routines, encouraging independence, and promoting personal growth. You’ll also assist with personal care, cooking, medication administration, and household tasks. A passion for helping people connect with and participate in their wider community is essential

This position's salary scale is set by pay equity and dependant on qualification level, pays between $23.50 and $29.10 per hour.

We feel that the title Support Coordinator better reflects the nature of the role, which requires working in partnership with the people receiving support to ensure we are achieving our organisation mission of every life fully lived.
