Responsibilities
Job Location : Rangiora, Kaiapoi (North Canterbury)
Employment Type : Part Time
We offer a range of employment opportunities including casual, part-time, and full-time positions, which will be discussed further during the recruitment process.
Days of Work : As this is community-based work, rotating rosters would be involved including am, pm and weekend work. Your preferred hours of work can be discussed during the recruitment process.
We are looking for dedicated support workers who are comfortable covering a variety of shifts, including sleepovers and weekends.
The duration of these hours may vary, ranging from shorter to longer periods, depending on the specific needs of the people we support.
About you
You are a calm but confident natured individual who can demonstrate resilience and understand the challenges of our service users. There are many responsibilities associated with being a support worker which can be challenging and fulfilling. It is rewarding when you are part of the support that enables a person to live their best lives in the community.
