As an Advanced Support Worker at Access Community Health / Uru Ātea, you\'ll play a vital role in evaluating, training, and supporting our general support workforce. This position blends community-based and office-based responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to lead, mentor, and enhance the quality of care for our clients. Shift patterns include flexible split-shifts, alternate weekend work and overnights.

Ngā mahi | What you\'ll be doing

Community-Based Assessments

• Evaluate support workers\' care practices (e.g., handwashing, moving and handling).
• Provide in-field guidance to improve skills and ensure compliance with policies.
• Organise and lead workshops to enhance worker competencies.
• Collaborate with care coordination and clinical teams.
