We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative teacher of music to join our flourishing music department. This music teaching programme consists of 8 hours per week, but this could be supplemented by teaching hours in another learning area or with itinerant hours. Subsequently, this could be a part‑time or full‑time position.

Applicants should be well versed in the NZ Curriculum, including the changes to curriculum and NCEA assessment, be able to work collaboratively, and must be able to create a classroom environment that engages all learners.

The successful applicant will enjoy a collaborative and supportive environment within the music department and with other creative arts teachers, with plenty of opportunities to showcase our students’ musical talents and abilities within the wider school.

To commence 28 January 2026.
