Columbus Cafe Wellington Central Cafe Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Café Manager in New Zealand’s largest Kiwi owned & operated cafe business. With over 76 years, Columbus Coffee has been in NZ for 30 years. Our newest cafe is opening in the new Mitre 10 Wellington Central on Tory Street.

We are looking for an organized, energetic person with 1-2-years proven hospitality experience who will lead and inspire others. You will show your passion for people, have an amazing personality and a strong sense of commitment to the café. Your positivity along with our proven training systems will become a powerful combo. Your coffee skills and cooking skills will be supported by our onsite trainers. You bring the passion, and we will be the know-how.

We are very passionate about customer service and making a difference to our community, and we take coffee very seriously with our own roastery producing our superb blend. Our menu is designed & carefully tested in-house by our head chef. As a company, Columbus Coffee is committed to a positive team culture and environment.
