Store Manager – Reference :

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, self-motivated and driven Store Manager to lead our iconic store.

Stewart Dawsons Wellington has a long and proud history in the Wellington CBD and we're looking for a passionate leader to take it on its next journey.

Responsibilities

As the Store Manager your role will be a crucial part of the store's success. Your proven people management skills and leadership experience will deliver customer service excellence, drive sales, coach the team whilst meeting the high operational standards and financial targets.

You'll have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store and actively promote the store through in store merchandising and promotion implementation and within the broader community. You will drive a culture that celebrates our success, our customers, and our people.

Hours

Hours : full time

• Normal roster is 40 hours per week across Tue - Sat

Qualifications

Applicants must be available to work weekends, late night or public holidays if the business demands it.
