Our  Aelia Duty Free Store  offers a premium shopping experience featuring a curated selection of luxury duty free goods, including perfumes, cosmetics, spirits, wines, gourmet foods, fashion accessories, electronics, and travel essentials.

The Role :

We’re looking for an energetic and committed Full-Time Store Manager to join our team at Wellington Airport . If you love leading from the front, creating outstanding customer experiences, and developing high-performing teams – this is your runway to success.

What You’ll Do :

✅ Be the face of the store – set the standard for service and style

✅ Create meaningful connections with customers – every transaction counts

✅ Lead, coach, and inspire your team to hit targets and shine

✅ Manage store operations with accountability and attention to detail

✅ Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards

✅ Foster a respectful, values-led culture every day

What We’re Looking For :

💼 Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail environment

🗣️ Strong communication and coaching abilities

🎯 Confidence to take initiative and own your role

🖐️ A “hands-on” leader who thrives in a team setting

⏰ Able to work Tuesday - Saturday : 9 : 00am - 5 : 30pm but flexibility required to work morning and night shifts. Rotating roster pattern.

🪪 Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
