About the role :

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who will report to our Food & Beverage Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring that all Restaurant operations run efficiently.

Key responsibilities :

• Manage the daily operation and help deliver the best guest experience
• Lead and mentor the Restaurant team and actively cultivate a collaborative culture based on mutual respect and trust
• Review, implement and maintain operational standards, ensuring efficient delivery
• Responsible for Restaurant financial management including budgeting, ordering and stock take with accuracy and efficiency
• Rosters, daily briefings, onboarding, recruitment, performance reviews
• Daily interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth operations

This is a key position and you will need to have strong focus on excellence, plenty of enthusiasm and a flexible approach. You must be self motivated, a team player and able to work well in a high pressure environment. In addition , the successful candidate will have :
