Engineering Team Lead (Electrical) to join the Engineering Change team based in Devonport, Auckland.

About The Role

Step into a leadership role where your electrical engineering expertise directly supports the operational readiness of the New Zealand Defence Force naval fleet. As Engineering Team Lead (Electrical), you’ll guide a team of 10–15 engineers and technicians through complex design and integration projects, ensuring every Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) meets rigorous standards. You’ll be at the heart of technical decision‑making, risk management, and stakeholder engagement—driving innovation and precision in every solution delivered.
