This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a small, growing team of electrical engineers. Known for its proactive, collaborative, and client-focused approach, this consultancy delivers robust, tailored solutions across a wide range of sectors—from luxury hospitality and healthcare to education, commercial, and public infrastructure. Projects are varied and typically range from $10 M up to $250 M with this a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role within a business that values communication, innovation, and technical excellence.

What You'll Do :

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers across diverse, high-impact projects.
• Drive project delivery with hands-on involvement in design strategy, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with other discipline leads to ensure integrated and cohesive design outcomes.
• Champion a philosophy of clear communication, proactive engagement, and tailored solutions.
• Contribute to BIM strategy and digital project coordination, ensuring seamless design execution.
• Engage directly with clients, contractors, and project teams to deliver future-ready electrical solutions.
