You\'ll be actively involved in the work, setting the tone for quality and performance while managing tools, materials, and compliance.This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, practical environment and enjoys leading from the front.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support a small team on-site.Act as a key holder for facilities and vehicles.Manage work orders, documentation, and compliance using Site App Pro.Conduct daily health & safety checks and toolbox talks.Organise tools, materials, and supplier coordination.Perform maintenance, minor repairs, and general labouring.Communicate effectively with the Director and wider team.What We\'re Looking ForMandatory : Full Class 1 Driver\'s LicenseNZ CitizenshipMOJ ClearancePhysically fit and capable of manual labourBasic IT proficiency (e.g., mobile apps, printers, computers)Previous leadership or management experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPreferred : EWP, WTR, Class 2 or 4 licensesFirst Aid CertificateSite Safe Foundation PassportNZ Certificate in Carpentry Level 4
