You'll oversee day-to-day operations including stock receipting, deployment, scanning, VMI ordering, and coordination with internal services and external suppliers.This role is pivotal in ensuring timely and accurate supply of clinical products to frontline teams.

You'll manage a team of 17, drive continuous improvement, and foster strong relationships with clinical stakeholders, product management teams, and supply chain partners.About the Team / Service / LocationThe PSC&HTM (Procurement, Supply Chain and Health Technology Management) team at Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora are a national function with a vast and complex scope.

They play a critical role in ensuring the availability, safety, and efficiency of clinical and non-clinical goods and services across the health system.About youYou're a proactive and collaborative leader with a strong background in supply chain operations.

You bring proven experience in managing operational teams, inventory control, and stakeholder engagement.

You're passionate about improving systems and processes, and thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.You will bring : A degree in Commerce or Applied Management (Supply Chain or Operational Management), or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years' supply chain experience (health sector preferred)Experience managing operational teams and working directly with customersERP / MRP system proficiency and knowledge of H&S practices in logisticsDesired : Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologiesWorking for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
