In this role, you will partner directly with people leaders across the organisation, building strong relationships and earning trust with stakeholders.
You'll be valued for your sound advice, practical approach and working knowledge of employment law to achieve and deliver best practice people solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advice and guidance across core HR functions including employment relations, employee experience, change management, performance management, remuneration, wellbeing, reporting, and capability.Partner with managers to proactively manage and resolve employment relationship matters.Support leaders to understand and manage people risks, ensuring compliance with Hohepa's policies and legal requirements.Support recruitment across all stages of the lifecycle, playing an active role in attracting and selecting great people who align with our values and culture.Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of people-related practices and projects.Cultivate a culture of engagement and wellbeing, including supporting the employee engagement survey and performance processes.Maintain our HRIS (BambooHR), employee records and documentation.This role is 32 - 40 hours per week, and we're open to discussing flexible employment practices.To Tatou Tikanga | Our CultureOur secret ingredient is laughter.
