Digital Engagement Lead (Fixed-Term)

You will be responsible for delivering measurable outcomes and improvements of our targeted, data-driven digital journeys. This will involve translating customer insights and commercial goals into strategic digital marketing plans that drive engagement, conversation and loyalty.

This role owns the digital customer communications ecosystem. You will manage and grow digital engagement across owned (email, app, web), earned (social) and paid (digital advertising) channels ensuring that customers receive timely, relevant and personalised offers that drive sales growth and service excellence.

It’s an exciting time to be joining Farmlands, and this role will work directly on the business and with our newest joint venture, Flex, to help create seamless lead generation.

This is a 12-month fixed-term position.

To be successful in this role you will have :

• Proven experience in digital marketing or CRM with a strong commercial / revenue focus.
• Prior use of marketing automation systems and workflow creation.
• Experience communicating with clarity in complex environments with multiple stakeholders
