Step into the spotlight as a Personal Insurance Consultant, where every day brings new opportunities to engage with our customers and protect their futures.

You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service and crafting personalised insurance solutions that truly make a difference because we believe in making the world safer, one conversation at a time.

We have full-time permanent opportunities in Otautahi (Christchurch) based onsite at Show Place and your IAG journey kicking off on Monday 17, November 2025.

Begin with six weeks of immersive, hands-on classroom training in our IAG offices (training hours : 8 : 30am–4 : 30pm, Monday to Friday), designed to set you up for success.

After training you'll be working five days covering weekdays between 08.00 - 18.30 and every second Saturday or Sunday between 08.30 - 18.00.

Intermediate computer skills – ability to troubleshoot and navigate multiple systems
