Technical Claims Consultant

About the Role :

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large and complex commercial property claims, including material damage, business interruption, and engineering claims.

Working predominantly within the broker-intermediated market, you will ensure claims are handled efficiently, professionally, and in line with best practice and delegated authority.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage claims with a technical, solutions-focused approach in accordance with best practice guidelines.

Maintain strong, proactive relationships with customers, ensuring expectations are well managed and outcomes are delivered.

Foster collaborative internal and external partnerships to support successful claim resolution.

Identify and drive opportunities for continuous process improvement to enhance service delivery.

About You :

5+ years of experience managing large and complex commercial property claims, including material damage, business interruption, and engineering losses.

Proven expertise working within the broker-intermediated market is highly desirable.

Strong technical capability, excellent relationship management skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
