Casual Role : Key accountabilities : Deliver excellence in customer service and achieve individual KPIs / targetsMaximize sales and promote to all customers our Travelex product rangeEmbrace the digital mindset via social media – Google reviews / Facebook / InstagramMonitor stock levels and fully investigate overs and shorts (differences) and reportComply with all company and location policy and procedures, including legal requirementsYour experience : Passion for Travel and positive can-do attitudeExcellent verbal communication and written comprehension skillsAble to work independently and as a member of a teamEnjoys working with numbers and detail in a structured environmentRetail, cash-handling, and / or banking experience is desirable (but not essential)Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detailA strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and / or performance against KPIsAbility to build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externallyAt Travelex, our colleagues are our core.
