As a Client Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and guiding clients through the buying process.Work SetupOnsite reporting required — must report to either our Christchurch, Auckland, or Wellington office (not remote)Employment Type : Independent Contractor (Commission-based)Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Understand their needs and provide tailored advice and solutions.Lead Generation : Proactively source and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital marketing.Sales Process Management : Guide clients through the buying process, including property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.Market Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape in your area.Documentation : Ensure all legal documentation and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the transaction to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to achieve company goals.Compliance : Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to real estate transactions.QualificationsExperience : Previous experience in sales / tele-sale or real estate is highly desirable.Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
