Site Administrator

Based in Tauriko, Tauranga

Monday – Friday, 40hrs per week

We are looking for a proactive and experienced administrator to support our clients busy Tauriko site.

This role is vital in keeping their operations running smoothly – assisting in all areas of administration, scheduling, and data entry to supporting their team on the ground.

The Site Administrator will be managing the weighbridge system, ensuring accurate weighing of incoming and outgoing trucks, liaising with truck drivers and handling all related administration.

Steel cap boots and a hi-vis vest are required.

Key areas of responsibility will include :

Managing all truck driver queries

Managing the weighbridge and loadsense

Assistance in managing the booking system

Asisting in maintaining site stock levels, as required

Managing the various site registers

Contributing to all on site activity to assist the Office Manager

Managing incoming calls, email enquiries and office visits

Managing office equipment and stationery supplies

Assisting with data capture, reporting and site performance metrics (e.g., KPI sheet)

Managing the company Health & Safety requirements (e.g., new visitor / carrier inductions)

Assisting within shed environments, which may include getting your 'hands dirty', as required

To be considered for this role you will offer :

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and general IT skills

Excellent time management skills

The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload

Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills

The ability to remain calm under pressure

Great conflict resolution skills

This is a temporary position, which could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.

There will be a training period of 2-3 weeks, starting at 7 : 30am and finishing at 4 : 30pm.

Once the training is completed the hours will be 6am to 2 : 30pm.

Previous experience in Setmore, weighbridge systems would be advantageous, however is not essential.
