The role : Reporting to the on site Regional Operations Manager, we are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager to provide leadership to our service team in our Auckland branch.

Possessing a high level of motivation and commercial expertise, you will take initiative and be proactive in your approach with customers.

Building rapport and strong relationships with your customers and staff alike, you will pride yourself on being able to motivate others to meet set objectives and regularly exceed performance levels.

Responsibilities include : Lead, supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the Service function, with approximately 17 direct reports Managing, motivating and organising the Service Team to ensure the delivery of timely and high quality technical and mechanical support to customers Daily interaction and connection with our valued customers and staff Negotiation and problem-solving customer and technical issues All job management (set up to invoice) Management of workshop labour productivity
