This is a full-time, rostered role, working Monday to Friday between 6 : 00am – 7 : 00pm, with Saturday shifts (8 : 00am – 12 : 00pm) every third week.
This vacancy has arisen as our current team member has accepted a promotion within the organisation and will be transferring to another of our hospitalsReporting to the Admin Team Lead, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and medical specialists—both in person and over the phone.
This role combines reception responsibilities with a variety of administrative tasks, requiring someone who is confident, organised, and thrives in a team environment.
You'll be responsible for managing patient paperwork, handling phone and email communications, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the hospital.We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work collaboratively with others to share and split tasks effectively.
