OverviewThe Pacific Area Materials Management Department (MMD) is seeking to appoint a permanent, full-time Admin Support person.
This role reports to the Area Distribution Manager and is based at the Pacific Area Office in Takapuna, Auckland, New Zealand.ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and manage meeting room bookingsAssist with mail delivery processes, process credit card expenditure reports, prepare summary reports, and support visa applicationsAssist with administration and clerical tasks such as data entry and word processingSupport the reception position as part of a job-share arrangementQualificationsMinimum two years' experience in a receptionist or customer service roleIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong verbal communication skills, including a warm and friendly phone mannerExcellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focusPositive, cheerful, and friendly attitudeProven organisational skills and the ability to multi-task effectivelyProven initiative and ability to work unsupervisedPlease note that only candidates who have legal work eligibility to hold employment in New Zealand should apply.Employment detailsSeniority level : Entry levelEmployment type : Full-timeJob function : AdministrativeIndustries : Religious Institutions and Non-profit Organizations
