We're in an exciting phase of Martech transformation, having recently made strategic investments in platforms such as Hightouch and Braze. AI is at the core of this evolution, transforming customer journeys, enhancing decision‑making, and redefining personalisation. You'll join a passionate, driven, and collaborative team that's enthusiastic about innovation and bringing bold thinking to life.

How you’ll make an impact

• Lead strategic optimisation and governance across key Martech platforms (e.g., Hightouch, Braze, Optimizely, Marigold Grow).
• Drive Martech roadmap planning and influence technology selection and architecture decisions.
• Enhance capabilities in campaign orchestration, audience segmentation, personalisation, and AI‑driven decisioning.
• Foster vendor relationships, evaluate new marketing tools, and align Martech strategies with broader digital initiatives.
• Champion AI and machine learning capabilities to unlock predictive insights, generative content, and automated marketing processes.
