Marketing & Retail Specialist

THIS IS FABRIC is a leading multi-brand luxury fashion retailer representing high-end international designers. We are seeking a Marketing & Retail Specialist to support our commercial and brand objectives by planning, developing, and implementing marketing and promotional strategies that strengthen brand presence and drive sales growth.

This is a full-time permanent position.

Minimum of 40 hours per week guaranteed

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and coordinate integrated advertising and marketing campaigns to achieve sales and brand objectives.
• Identify market opportunities and advise management on strategies for pricing, product mix, promotion, selling approaches, and distribution channels.
• Coordinate creative development and production of marketing materials, including artwork, copy, digital content, and media placement.
• Conduct market and consumer research to analyse demand, purchasing patterns, and emerging trends.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to inform campaign design, product positioning, and promotional initiatives.
• Liaise with international suppliers to obtain marketing collateral and ensure brand alignment across retail, digital, and social channels.
• Support in-store marketing and visual merchandising to maintain a consistent brand presentation.
