About the role :

Due to the phenomenal growth of MCoBeauty, VidaCorp is seeking a dynamic & creative Brand Manager. In this newly created role, you will work closely with both local & global brand teams and help drive business growth & brand equity by delivering activations that create memorable connections between consumers and our market leading beauty brands. Activations are activities such as brand events, brand partnerships, consumer promotions and ambassador programmes / conferences.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Lead the development & deployment of unique, memorable & interactive brand activations that increase brand awareness and bring our beauty brands to life in relevant, creative & disruptive ways.
• Critically assess new ideas for their ability to deliver brand engagement, sales growth and return on investment.
• Execute with excellence, ensuring that projects are delivered on time & on budget.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are aligned and achieved.
• Develop strong supplier relationships that help generate market‑leading and cost‑effective solutions.
• Provide on‑site activation management and support, as required, to ensure smooth execution.
