Warehouse Manager – Auckland Logistics

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Auckland Logistics depot. This is a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse, logistics, and purchasing functions for our contracting business and, where required, across the wider Northpower group.

About the role

• Oversee all warehouse and inventory operations, including receiving, issuing goods, stock control, and cycle counts.
• Drive improvements in inventory accuracy and efficiency, reducing obsolete and slow‑moving stock.
• Plan and manage logistics, transportation, and warehouse organisation to deliver exceptional service.
• Lead and develop your team, ensuring productivity, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Take ownership of Northpower property and ensure all equipment and PPE are fit for purpose.
• Be available for on-call duties.
