We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the supply, storage, and distribution of goods for our organization.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational expertise to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain management.

Mangere, Auckland based
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, and inventory control
Proven experience in handling steel products (minimum of 2 years experience)
Proficient in bundling, choking, and slinging using a gantry crane
Solid knowledge of steel profiles to ensure efficient warehouse organization and product management
Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork
Coordinate freight and logistics to ensure timely delivery of steel and building products
Maintain accurate stock records and implement efficient inventory management systems
Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure operational readiness
Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to streamline supply chain processes
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across warehouse functions
Operate forklifts / gantry crane and other machinery as required (license required for forklift)
Determine, implement and monitor purchasing, storage and distribution strategies, policies and plans
Prepare and implement plans to maintain required stock levels at minimum cost
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements
Oversee inventory systems and coordinate logistics
