We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to leadthe day-to-day operations of our Auckland Logistics depot.
This is a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse, logistics, and purchasing functions for our contracting business and, where required, across the wider Northpower group.
About the role : - Oversee all warehouse and inventory operations, including receiving, issuing goods, stock control, and cycle counts.
- Drive improvements in inventory accuracy and efficiency, reducing obsolete and slow-moving stock.
- Plan and manage logistics, transportation, and warehouse organisation to deliver exceptional service.
- Lead and develop your team, ensuring productivity, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Take ownership of Northpower property and ensure all equipment and PPE is fit for purpose.
- Available for on-call duties.
About you : - Experienced in stock take and inventory management.
Minimum 3 years in warehouse, inventory, and logistics management within an operational environment.Proven ability to manage multi-skilled teams and coach for high performance.Strong communication, confident decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.Competent computer user with JDE and SAP experience.Relevant tertiary logistics qualification and understanding of continuous improvement practices.What's in it for you?
