As the Logistics Manager at Connexa, you'll play a pivotal role in the operational oversight, control and coordination of the supply, demand and logistics processes of materials and components essential to building, maintaining, and expanding mobile tower infrastructure across Aotearoa.
You'll be supporting the Connexa delivery and operational teams ensuring that we have the right products available at the right time to successfully build and maintain our infrastructure assets.

Key Responsibilities include : Manage end-to-end supply and demand planning Coordinate ordering, delivery and tracking of materials Work with suppliers and 3PL partners to ensure timely shipments Communicate shipment status updates and resolve delays Prepare supply, inventory and logistics reporting Maintain accurate records of deliveries and discrepancies Collaborate with project, engineering and delivery teams to align supply needs Support process improvements and logistics system optimisation Requirements A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Statistics or a related field (preferred) Supply Chain planning and logistics management or coordination experience Excellent organisational and communication skills and a strong attention to detail Proficiency in Excel and experience with logistics software or ERP systems Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks A collaborative, proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment Fantastic communication skills in all formats A creative approach to problem-solving Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders A recognition and embrace and differences and diversity in the workplace A growth mindset and desire for continuous improvement Benefits In return for your efforts, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary, Southern Cross health insurance, life insurance, marram holidays as well as an annual wellbeing day.
