Our dedicated and high-performing team offers whole-of-life vehicle and mobile plant management, from procurement, lease management and disposal to scheduled and unscheduled servicing, maintenance and defect management.
Key responsibilities
Maximise fleet utilisation by providing informed advice and support to customers
Foster a strong culture of safety and compliance
Collaborate with Senior Management to align fleet operations with strategic goals and lead change initiatives
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships by understanding the customer base and providing regular updates to Senior Management
Perform regular review of asset performance; identify improvement opportunities and manage maintenance schedules to minimise downtime
Use data insights for operational optimisation
This is a key role within our Fleet Delivery team that services the Waikato region.
Ideally you will be based in Hamilton to enable close working relationships with key internal stakeholders.

Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to positively engage and influence peers and stakeholders
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, business development, and successfully implementing process improvements
A solid understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and best practices
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence and empower others
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions
The ability to travel and stay away from home as required
