    About the Role

    The Regional Delivery Lead - Radiology will drive integrated service planning and delivery that will provide care which supports achievement of equitable outcomes for patients that are high quality, sustainable, and whanau-centred, irrespective of where they live.

    The Regional Delivery Lead - Radiology will be skilled at leading operational delivery, service planning, and change management.

    They will work in partnership with the Regional Radiology Clinical Lead on the design, development and implementation of regional service delivery, workforce, and capital expenditure plans that are aligned with agreed national and regional priorities including the Diagnostic Boost Programme.

    About you

    • 8-10 yrs operational / senior service management experience in a large, multifaceted healthcare environment
    • A relevant graduate or post-graduate qualification.
    • A systems approach to healthcare delivery including operational delivery experience in hospital and community settings.
    • The ability to be able to translate strategy and concepts into achievable implementation and operational plans.
    • The ability to envisage the way in which services should develop to meet population health needs and how changes might impact on future models of care.
    • Experience of operational and capacity planning and service development.
    • Experience in delivering change and performance with and through teams, by engaging them in the directions and delivery of plans, establishing clear work priorities, delegating effectively, ensuring capability to deliver, monitoring performance, and providing timely, regular feedback.
    • Proven experience in successfully developing and maintaining a structured approach to managing a wide range of stakeholder and professional relationships both internally and externally.
    • Ability to operate in a fast-pace, collaborative environment.
