About the role :
In this Regional Recruitment Manager – Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar role, you will achieve student enrolment and profit goals for your portfolio of Agents, Feeder Schools, and Sponsors across all three divisions and all products. Some of your responsibilities will be to :

About you :
Ideally, you will have a tertiary qualification in Business and / or Marketing with a couple of years’ experience in sales and marketing ideally with specific experience with VET programmes and with exposure to an agency / indirect distribution model. You will describe yourself as a commercially savvy sales professional with a successful track record in delivering results especially via the delivery of indirect sales management.
You will have the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organizations both internally and externally along with the experience nurturing customer relationships and working proactively to recognise customers’ business requirement. In addition, you must also :
