With a strong presence in the Canterbury market and a focus on building genuine, long-term client relationships, this firm delivers trusted risk advice and tailored insurance solutions across the commercial sector.

What’s in it for you?

This is more than just an admin-heavy support role. You’ll contribute to client retention , collaborate with brokers and underwriters , and support the delivery of strategic risk solutions . Your work will directly support the growth and management of a quality portfolio , all while being part of a close-knit and highly engaged Christchurch-based team.

Day to day, you’ll :

• Produce documentation to support new business, renewals and endorsements
• Plan and monitor workflow across client portfolios
• Liaise and collaborate with underwriters to secure effective cover
• Maintain systems , track client data and ensure compliance
• Support brokers in delivering excellent service and advice
