This is an exciting opportunity for a driven insurance professional to develop their commercial broking career within a supportive, growth-focused environment.About the OpportunityAs a SME Broker, you'll manage and grow your own portfolio of small-to-medium business clients.

You'll build trusted relationships, design tailored insurance solutions, and operate with autonomy while being supported by an experienced team.This position suits an established broker or an ambitious Broker Support ready to take on more responsibility and drive their own client outcomes.What You'll Do : Manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients across varied industriesCollaborate with underwriters to design tailored and competitive coverProduce and implement policy documentation, renewals, and adjustmentsIdentify opportunities to expand your portfolio and contribute to business growthWhat You'll Bring : 2–5 years' experience in commercial insurance (broker or broker support level)New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) / ANZIIFStrong product knowledge across key commercial linesConfident communicator with the ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver resultsWhy Join?
