Practice Coordinator - Juno Health

To keep our practice running smoothly, we're looking for a talented Practice Coordinator to join our team and be at the heart of our daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house and reception services so patients feel cared for from the moment they arrive
• Coordinate practice operations across two sites, including rosters, stock, and compliance
• Manage Xero entries, banking, reconciliations, and debtor collection with accuracy
• Oversee PHO, ACC and insurance claims and support reporting deadlines
• Be the go-to person for IT and systems (especially confident with Indici, Pegasus updates, printers, troubleshooting)
• Support team communication, onboarding, and create a positive, manaakitanga-based culture
• Champion quality, safety and continuous improvement
